The project involves the total renovation of the building including the addition of 2 new floors and addition of roof terraces to levels 5, 6, 7 & 8. The lift core is being reconfigured to allow a duel aspect entrance area on the ground floor, with entrances from both Moorgate and Coleman Street.

The Courtauld Institute of Art
The aim of this Project was to return the Courtauld Galleries within the Strand/North Block and West Wing of Somerset House, a Grade I listed building occupied by The Courtauld Institute of Art to their original open plan state and improve the education facilities

MSL have successfully tendered for the mechanical services installation to Leroy House in Islington, the refurbishment of an existing office building on Balls Pond Road where the existing 4 storey building is to be provided with a new 5th floor and further roof plant area.

Working with Specialist energy performance contractor Breathe, MSL have been completing the MEP works associated with the installation of 4 new main Air Source Heat Pumps and a number of satellite heat pumps and their associated power supplies located around the hospital campus.

Imperial College London, Skempton Building De-Steam
As part of an ongoing central steam removal scheme being implemented over at Imperial College London’s South Kensington Campus, and further to our steam removal project undertaken within the level 0 Skempton plantroom, we have been tasked with removing all additional steam appliances and equipment from the rest of the Skempton building.
